THE CORNWALL VITALITY RETREAT will be based on a proven system of holistic therapies to aid recovery, cleanse and detox, and reset your whole system. It will incorporate ancient knowledge from South India for health and vitality – we believe it will be unique in the UK – without the need for an expensive flight! There will be daily therapeutic yoga, acupuncture, bodywork, sound healing, as well as practical teaching and blessings – to give you a programme for health and long life!

Resource Retreats has teamed up with Dr Kamaraj Rajendran, South Indian GP, integrated AYUSH health care practitioner – naturopathy, yoga, acupuncture, homeopathy and herbal supplements as well as sound healing, and an introduction to mantras. We will be hosted in a fabulous setting close to the Camel Estuary near Padstow, just across the river from Rock and the sacred stones on Brea Hill, The accommodation is beautifully renovated and has great facilities for the retreat, including two hot tubs and a sauna, a gym, and an outdoor area with firepit. It is based in a secluded village from where there is access to the estuary, and a short drive from some spectacular North Cornish beaches, to the South West Coast walk, the Camel Trail to Padstow or Wadebridge, and not far from the wild walks and sacred stones of Bodmin Moor. See tour of the house

We will be offering a range of optional additional therapies including emotional support and counselling from trained therapists, massage, detox treatments, pain therapies and more…

A healthy plant-based diet including a daily juice, raw food lunch and hot meal, and one day of juice fasting, is included and food intolerances and requirements will be catered for. It will be based on mindful eating practice which can become a part of everyday life.
